Prof. Rakesh Kumar Vij, a distinguished Professor of Practice at the School of Energy Technology, PDEU, also serves as the Director of Placement at PDEU, bringing more than 44 years of invaluable experience in Exploration & Production. His extensive expertise covers reservoir management and exploitation techniques. Alongside these accomplishments, Prof. Vij's academic journey includes notable milestones such as a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from Dibrugarh University, an Advanced Management Leadership Course from IIM-Bangalore, and a Middle Level Management course from IIM-Calcutta. He also holds a Black Belt-Six Sigma from the University of Kentucky, USA, and Advanced Reservoir Engineering certification from ISM-Dhanbad. Additionally, he has completed a Management Course from MDI-Gurgaon, a Leadership Course from ASCI-Hyderabad, and achieved a dual MSc & MPhil from Delhi University.
